Donna Paolina stands at approximately 150 metres above sea level, on a natural terrace overlooking the Gulf of Policastro, 500 metres from the sea as the crow flies and an 800-metre walk from the shore. The Mediterranean scrubland surrounding the property sets the rhythm of the seasons: cork oaks, holm oaks, olive trees, strawberry trees, lentisk and broom form a landscape that shifts in colour from winter to summer without ever losing its intensity.

The apartments take their names from this vegetation and reflect its spirit: essential, carefully considered, rooted in the territory. Each unit is fully independent, with a private outdoor courtyard furnished with sofas and small tables overlooking the Gulf. The interiors follow the same design language — white walls, natural wood, colour accents — with chromatic variations that give each apartment a distinct personality.

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a 42" LED television, a safe, a pod coffee machine and a professional hairdryer. The double bed features a 5 cm memory foam topper and four pillows, ensuring a well-considered night's rest in every detail.

A cot is available upon request for younger guests.

The windowed bathrooms with shower are provided with soft towels, a courtesy toiletry set and a room fragrance diffuser.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator and everything needed for self-catering — an invitation to bring the flavours of the local market to the table, or simply to enjoy breakfast with a sea view. A washing machine and iron are available in all apartments with the exception of Corbezzolo.

Pets are welcome in all apartments.
