Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM on the day of arrival. Early or late check-in may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Please note that valid photo identification is required at check-in for all guests, including minors.

Breakfast is served à la carte, delivered directly to your apartment, between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM. It is not included in the accommodation rate - a deliberate choice, to avoid waste and ensure that only the freshest locally sourced products reach your table each morning.

Parking is complimentary for all guests. Dedicated spaces are available for guests with reduced mobility and wheelchair users, positioned to allow easy access to all areas of the property.

Small-medium dogs (under 20 kg) are welcome. A supplement of €15 per day applies.

For extended stays, a daily tidying service is available upon request with adequate advance notice, at a cost of €20.

All personal data and any other information acquired by our company in the course of the contractual relationship shall be subject to strict confidentiality obligations and processed in full compliance with applicable privacy regulations and individual rights. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect personal data in both paper-based and electronic processing, calibrated to the nature of the data concerned.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask everyone to respect quiet hours during the evening and night, take care of the indoor and outdoor spaces, and promptly report any needs or issues to the staff.

Any tourist tax, if required by the municipality, is not included in the accommodation rate and must be paid according to the local regulations in force at the time of check-in or check-out.

WiFi is available throughout the property and in the apartments. Access credentials are provided at check-in.
